Nutri V is a collaboration between Fresh Select, a leading fresh produce supplier with over 60 years of Australian farming history and Australia’s national science agency, CSIRO.

We are passionate about providing innovation solutions to help improve the health of all Australians, reduce food waste and care for the environment through sustainable farming practices.

Poor vegetable consumption and high vegetable waste at production are major issues in Australia and throughout the world.

Many parts of vegetables and whole plants that don’t look ‘perfect’ but are perfectly edible are considered excess.

At Nutri V we take quality excess vegetables including florets, stems, stalks and leaves, where many rich nutrients are found, and turn them into 100% vegetable powders.
