Cauli-Nutter Smoothie
Serves: 2 people
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 Tbsp honey
¾ cup greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 ½ cups milk (optional: full cream, almond, coconut)
2-3 medjool dates
Optional: ¼ cup oats (add splash more liquid if so)
Optional garnish: cinnamon and blueberries
You will also need:
Blender
Method:
Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Taste and check – if too thick, add extra liquid.
Serve into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or some extra Cauliflower powder!
