Mixed Berry Smoothie

Glass of Nutri V Mixed Berry Smoothie

Serves: 2 people

Prep time: 7 minutes 

Cook time: 2 minutes 


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries 

  • ½ cup oats 

  • 1 tbsp honey 

  • ¾ cup greek yoghurt 

  • 7g Nutri V powder (Broccoli or Mixed Veg)

  • 1 ½ cups milk (optional: full cream, almond, coconut)

  • Optional garnish: fresh berries, mint sprig 

You will also need:

  • Blender 

Method:

  1. Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Taste and check – if too thick, add extra liquid. 

  2. Serve into glasses and garnish with fresh berries, coconut flakes, mint or an extra sprinkle of Nutri V powder!
