Mixed Berry Smoothie
Serves: 2 people

Cook time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
½ cup oats
1 tbsp honey
¾ cup greek yoghurt
1 ½ cups milk (optional: full cream, almond, coconut)
Optional garnish: fresh berries, mint sprig
You will also need:
Blender
Method:
Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth consistency. Taste and check – if too thick, add extra liquid.
Serve into glasses and garnish with fresh berries, coconut flakes, mint or an extra sprinkle of Nutri V powder!
